Here i give my interpretation about the very short play by Samuel Beckett- 'Breath'
First
we can say about the Samuel Beckett that he was also related to 'The Theater of The Absurd'. He wrote the play 'Waiting for Godot' it is also
related to the Absurd Theater.
The very short play 'Breath' it is also about the Absurdity and meaninglessness life of human beings. their life has no purpose.
1). In the very first video we see that the location is very unclear and full of medical garbage. The meaning of the garbage is nothing only we hear the sound of BREATH. And we also hear the sound of crying of someone it is symbolize that the human beings do not caring for anyone, and they also don't know that what they do in their life? so it shows the meaninglessness in life.
2). In the second video we see that the big table and there were some fruits and vegetables throw on it. It is also symbolize the life of human being in the universe. Humans life are like throwing fruits and vegetables it is not put in its proper structure. In this video the BREATH also suggest that the hopeless human beings, because they don't know what they do and why they do such kind of work in their life.? So at the end of the video we also think about our existence and our purpose to live life.
So, at the end i can say one more think according to the video that life is always like a Absurd, why we do some work we don't know, what we do next we don't know, we are only a puppet of the play nothing else.
